Robert Tepper (born Antonie Roberto Teppardo), raised up in New Jersey (USA). He began his career as a writer in New York City and paired up with Benny Mardones. Together they wrote Mardones’ Pop Hit “Into The Night” which earned a Grammy Nomination. Robert was without a doubt a talented musician as he wrote music, played guitar, bass, keyboard and had a stunning voice.
In 1985 he signed a record deal with Scotti Brothers. The day when Sylvester Stallone listened to the song “No Easy way Out”, he chosed the song for the Soundtrack “Rocky IV”. “No Easy Way Out” became one of the biggest hits in 1986. The single climbed into the US TOP 30.
After the second album “Modern Madness” (1988), Tepper got caught up in the recording industry politics and was chained without being able to get out of a deal for several years. Without being able to record any new solo album, Tepper accepted the chance to join the reformed act Iron Butterfly, which he toured America.
Robert finally got out of the deal with Scotti Brothers and was free to record as a solo artist again. After years of been locked away and spending the time writing songs, Robert felt strong enough to get back to the action again and decided to get a new album out. In 1996, "No Rest For The Wounded Heart", his third solo album, finally was released on MTM MUSIC.
“No Easy Way Out” is without any doubt a must have for any lover of Classic Melodic Rock! Thanks to the kind collaboration with Sony Music Germany, this digitally remastered album is available again.

Vice - Made For Pleasures
Monday, 19 July 2010 14:13
out: 23.07.2010
Back in 1988 VICE signed their first major deal with BMG-ARIOLA in Germany. They recorded the first album in Hanover and called it ‘Made for Pleasure’. All started up quite good. The promotion and the collaboration with BMG
was excellent, they entered the charts and played many shows all over Europe.
Among others Vice supported BONFIRE on their first European tour. Chris Limburg, the main guy in Vice, produced two albums for the German Southern rockers. 10 years later he signed as a solid member in a band called….. BONFIRE.
But back to the 90’s VICE also played several TV shows, festivals, got a huge presence in magazines and radio, they got bigger and more famous by every week. But then the biggest shock you ever can imagine happened to the band….The singer Jan Ghiantinie died within only two month by a sickness called Rheumatic Child Disease. It was really hard to carry on with VICE. Two years later the band found a new singer, Alan Keen, half American with an amazing rock voice. We began with the song writing for a new album and called it ‘Second Excess’. In the middle of the 90’s, VICE released a 3rd album under a new name - VICE became WET PAINT and the album was called ‘Shhh…’.
Chris Limburg today says: ‘I am happy and a little proud, that YESTERROCK and Sony were interested to re-release the first album of VICE: ‘Made For Pleasure’ for a new (old) upcoming rock period in 2010. The two unreleased bonus tracks were recorded by VICE in Autumn 1990 when the band was getting a little
harder and rougher’.

West Of Sunset - s/t
Tuesday, 08 September 2009 12:28
WEST OF SUNSET are an AOR/ Westcoast duo from Sweden. The band mainly consists of vocalist, guitarist & keyboardist Björn Strom and bassist & guitarist Thomas Axelsson. Sound-wise, the guys on “West Of Sunset” though orientate more on the American West Coast sound and not on the Swedish AOR traditions. Next to Strom’s incredible vocal performance, the songs are really standouts here and include classic Westcoast gems such as “Ocean Boulevard” and the ballad “Giving My Heart Away”. “West Of Sunset” originally was released in 1992 on the small Swedish label Sonnet and is a very much sought after collector’s item today.
Thanks to YESTERROCK in Munich, this album now is available again on CD. The distribution for this re-mastered version is handled once again NL Distribution.
