ALYSON AVENUE is a female fronted AOR/ Melodic Rock band from Sweden that was founded albums, ”Presence Of Mind” (2000) and ”Omega” (2004) until they called it a day in 2006. ”reviews including a 93/100 in Japan’s well-known BURRN!!! Magazine which lead to massive sales. together ”Omega” which was finally released in 2004 and earned enthusiatic reviews by the press. During this time, ALYSON AVENUE was fronted by Anette Olzon (now NIGHTWISH) with Thomas Löyskä on bass, Fredrik Eriksson on drums and Tony Rohtla on guitar. Anette Olzon joined NIGHTWISH in 2007 and the rest of AA had already started working with success in Nightwish lead to renewed interest from labels and customers in AA’s albums.
